purpose
Provide efficient and friendly customer service telephonically and face to face with employees, suppliers and visitors.
- General Administration:
- Conduct basic administrative tasks to ensure efficient communication occurs within the Division, Group and external vendors.
- Assist with the receiving and distribution of incoming and outgoing samples, deliveries and mail to ensure an accurate and efficient process.
- Ensure that all office stationery is ordered on a monthly basis and stock levels are monitored to prevent shortages.
2. HR Admin functions:
- Support the people team with HR related administration

- Education:
- HR Degree
- Experience:
- 1 Year administrative experience.
- Knowledge/ Skills:
- Communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Friendly and a positive attitude.
- Microsoft Office.
- Switchboard knowledge & skills.
- Business understanding of internal systems (Redworld MIS).
