We are hiring a Warehouse Order Picker at our 1725 Sargent Avenue Location!

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a distribution facility.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Order Picker is responsible for gathering items to prepare for shipping, completing the corresponding paperwork as part of the order.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Orders

Safety

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guideline and protocols
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including quality control standards.

Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Highschool diploma or equivalent is preferred.
1-3 years’ previous warehouse experience and excellent verbal and written English communication skills is an asset.
Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to be a team player.
Forklift license is an asset

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ABILITIES

Stationed at the distribution center: 1725 Sargent Avenue
Shift hours are 8:00am – 4:30 pm, however hours may change if necessary for the needs of the business.
Must be able to meet physcial demands of the job such as lift 50 lbs regularly.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be comfortable working in a noisy environment
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a position that requires CSA approved (Green-label) safety shoes
Must have a clear criminal record check.
