Some of the tasks:

As a customer service representative, you are responsible for the customer experience at the entrance of the store. You demonstrate a high level of customer awareness while ensuring accurate and fast processing at the checkouts. You make connections, share knowledge and enthusiasm, and partner in a consultative manner with our clients and other associates to provide solutions that help them achieve their work and learning goals.

Specifically, you will:

  • To be a dynamic and inspiring partner for customers by providing them with an exceptional experience – when processing all types of purchases, resolving opportunities for customers, and executing returns and exchanges. You will process a wide range of purchases, including online purchases, in-store pickup (AELRES), pickup services, and special orders.
  • Seize the opportunity to offer customers value-added products and services. To connect, share knowledge and collaborate with customers by offering relevant programs/promotions to add value.
  • You will be responsible for cash registers, follow all loss prevention measures and ensure the cleanliness and in-store standards of the services assigned to you.
  • Stock and maintain checkout counter displays/shelves as well as merchandising areas.
  • Make sure that a clean and safe environment is always on your mind, making safety, the safety of your colleagues and the safety of our customers a top priority.

Some prerequisites:

  • Between three months and one year of related experience, preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving excellence in customer service.
  • Ability to resolve client concerns in a diplomatic manner.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with clients effectively and through a variety of means.

Additional Information

  • Some physical effort and equipment/machinery maneuvering is required to execute our merchandising standards and to maximize our customer experience.
  • You will spend your time at the checkout at the entrance, inspiring customers with your dynamism, while processing orders. This involves repetitive movements and the ability to stand and handle products for our customers.
  • We love that our associates experience everything our customers experience in-store. Even if you are usually at the checkout, we also offer you cross-training in many other areas of the store.
  • We will also ask you to work a variety of shifts in the retail sector, including evenings and weekends.
