Every day, more than 250 Saval employees work on the fire safety of organizations. We work directly with the Saval customers and help them find solutions for the fire safety of their organizations. Our team goes the extra mile for each other and for our customers.

What will you be doing: as a Receptionist at Saval? You are the first point of contact for our customers, suppliers and visitors. With your hospitable attitude, you make everyone feel welcome. In addition, you will support the day-to-day operational activities at the office.


Your responsibilities:

  • Answering and transferring phone calls;
  • Receiving and speaking to visitors;
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Support with administrative tasks, such as managing agendas and scheduling appointments;
  • Ensuring a neat and representative reception and reception area;
  • Ordering and managing office supplies.
What do you bring to the table as a future colleague?

Who are you?

  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch;
  • Basic skills in English is an (advantage);
  • Already have some experience in a similar position (advantage);
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and have a service-oriented attitude;
  • Are handy with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • You are flexible and available for 16-24 hours a week, at least on Thursdays and Fridays.
