Full Job Description

My client, based in Somerset West, is an established concern within the financial services industry. They are seeking to employ an Administrative Assistant (Healthcare) who will report directly to one of the company members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing after sales service offering to customers, thereby contributing to the ongoing customer relationship.

Main purpose of the role:
The focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximize customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
  • 2 years relevant work experience within the financial services industry will be an advantage
  • Fully bilingual (English / Afrikaans)
  • Medical Scheme experience and knowledge will be an advantage
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Interact, manage and provide effective client service
  • Implement new business
  • Process client queries and instructions
  • Administer all products
  • Coordinate prospect projects
  • Maintain the CRM system
