With all positions within Bonusan you contribute to a greater goal: improving the health of as many people as possible. We do this by giving personal advice and sharing knowledge about health. What are you going to do?
Together with your colleague HR Officer, you are the first point of contact for all Dutch and Spanish colleagues regarding HR issues. The issues are diverse and relate, among other things, to HR and payroll administration, employment conditions, internal guidelines, policies, procedures and legislation. You tackle issues independently and seek coordination where necessary, both within and outside the team.
The HR Officers are jointly responsible for the entire administrative and HR service process within the entire Employee Journey. In addition, you proactively support the HR advisor in the field of:
- recruiting and attracting talent
- the onboarding process (from drawing up the contract to a warm welcome)
- health management (not only the absence administration is part of this, but also various matters in the field of working conditions & safety)
- learning and development
- social attentions
- termination of employment
Finally, you actively contribute to the further development of HR, including the optimization of the foundation of our HR organization and the associated supporting processes and systems.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are an experienced HR Officer and you like variety, hectic and you get energy from various internal contacts. You are both hands-on and alert in terms of process improvement.
You are helpful and quickly switching colleague, you bring structure and you are also accurate and quality driven.
In addition, you have/are:
- MBO or HBO working and thinking level, with a completed relevant education;
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Officer
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
- Experience with various HR systems would be nice.

The heart of Bonusan is still where it once started: Numansdorp. There is the factory and headquarters. You can also find us in the hip ‘Spaces’ in Rotterdam and in sunny Alicante in Spain.
Natura Foundation
Training institute Natura Foundation is also part of Bonusan. About 6,000 health professionals have now been trained with this! Moreover, we regularly share knowledge with Natura Foundation by giving online and offline courses, webinars and masterclasses. Both for the novice and the advanced health professional.
