Who are you?

The store is really your place. With your organizational talent, you keep an overview and ensure that the daily activities within the Etos store run smoothly. Together with the Store Manager, you will lead the team. Every day you strive for happy customers, a committed team and great sales results. For this, your customer focus and coaching qualities come in very handy.

As a Service & Sales Lead, consultative selling is in your blood. With your knowledge and enthusiasm, you know how to help the customer perfectly every time in areas such as beauty, skincare, health, vitamins and sleep. With around 5,400 colleagues, we help customers feel good every day. And if it’s up to us, we’ll soon be doing the same with you as our new Service & Sales Lead!

In addition, you have:

• MBO4 working and thinking level;
• at least 2 years of experience with retail and store processes;
• you are in possession of the professional diploma (Assistant) Drugstore or are you willing to obtain it within 9 months (both your training hours and costs are fully reimbursed by us!).
