Corporate Receptionist at Findex

The Opportunity 

Do you enjoy people contact and take great pride in being on the front line of a business?  We have a great opportunity for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Client Services team in our downtown offices.  This is a part-time position (Tuesday and Thursday), and your hours would be (8.00-5.00 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break).

What will your typical week look like?

  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all clients and stakeholders
  • Answer external and internal phone calls and manage all room bookings and setups
  • Catering orders and event support
  • Support office operations, including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members and act as the point of contact for organising training and systems updates
  • Collation of client data and correspondence on behalf of team members
  • Support the team with system administration document preparation and data entry
  • Communicate effectively and timely with advisers, partners and corporate staff

  • Experience in a Corporate Reception or Frontline position
  • Intermediate computer literacy – MS Office experience
  • Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Highly skilled in prioritising tasks, problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to display a proactive and team-player attitude
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
