Are you an innovative professional who likes to work at the intersection of audit and data? This role is perfect for someone with a background in data analysis and wants to use these skills to contribute to innovation within an organization. Within our Audit and Assurance department, you will contribute to innovation in the field of data analysis within the audit practice to make work more efficient and increase effectiveness. You will use various tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI and Excel and you will work directly with colleagues from the Audit and Assurance discipline. In addition to added value for your direct colleagues, this also provides added value for your own development and career at Visser & Visser.
What are you going to do?
Our multidisciplinary teams (RAs and IT specialists) take full advantage of the possibilities of data analytics to cope with the growing complexity of the audit practice and provide the best possible service to our clients. We don’t shy away from innovations. You contribute by preparing customer datasets for the audit colleagues, so that they can further analyze them. You model data as a basis for the development of dashboards using various tools including SQL, Power BI and Python. A concrete and independent position, in which you contribute to our services and the efficiency of our audit practice. We encourage and facilitate growth to become a (senior) data analyst, because we like to invest in quality and in our employees.
As a (junior) data analyst, you will work in the Audit & Assurance team. Together with other colleagues within Audit & Assurance, you will focus on the application of data (analysis) within the audit practice and contribute to innovation within the discipline in this area
Who are you?
You have a background in data analysis and enjoy translating complex issues into smart solutions with the help of data analysis. You are curious about the applications and software tools we use to optimize our work and look for opportunities to make the most of them. Your proactive and analytical mindset ensures that you know how to deliver solutions of the highest quality. You also have:
- a completed relevant HBO or WO education;
- You are eager to learn and innovative;
- 1-4 years of relevant work experience;
What can you count on?
You will quickly learn how to use data to take accountancy and audit to the next level. You will work from our office in Dordrecht, where 50 young and ambitious colleagues expect you at least once a week. You can also visit all Visser & Visser locations and it is also possible to work from home. In addition:
- A salary depending on your experience: €2,165 – €3,295
- a working week of 32 to 40 hours;
