Your role at ZorgDomein

As a Data Analyst at ZorgDomein, you are responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting user data about our current products and new experiments. You will dive into the behavior of the users on our platform and discover opportunities for an optimal user experience. In it, you work closely with product managers, development teams and other stakeholders to support data-driven decisions. You do this from a central data team with other data analysts and data scientists.

Your tasks will include:

• Encourage and assist in creating a measurement plan for experiments and translating success criteria into measurements on the platform
• Performing in-depth analyses of user data from our various products. This involves cleverly bringing together data from different sources to arrive at the right understandable insights
• Based on these analyses, identify new opportunities for product improvement and discuss and prioritize them with the product managers and other stakeholders
• Developing reports and interactive dashboards that provide insight into how our products are doing. You then also ensure that these dashboards are actually used by the various product development teams
• Presenting findings to various internal teams, such as product, marketing, sales and management, and translating complex data into understandable and actionable insights
• Exploring new analytical techniques and technologies to improve our data analytics capabilities
• Encourage Product Managers and other stakeholders to independently use dashboard and product analytics tools, so that they become more independently data-driven

This is you

You are curious and analytically strong, and work in a structured way with attention to detail. You can translate data insights into relevant analyses and dashboards, and know how to interpret analysis results in the right way and present them clearly and convincingly. You have excellent communication skills in the Dutch language, affinity with healthcare, and feel comfortable in a pivotal role in which you interact with various people within the organization.

• You have a WO working and thinking level
• You have 3-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a technology-driven environment
• Excellent skills in data analysis and visualization, with experience in product analytics tools, SQL, and Python
• Experiences in setting up and evaluating A/B tests
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and convincingly; You get energy from contact with stakeholders
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with an eye for detail and a focus on quality
• You are curious about the person behind the data and enjoy enriching quantitative insights with qualitative insights
