A total of 50 people work within the organization in the Netherlands and there are 7 people in finance. There is a relaxed and informal atmosphere at the office.
Description
- Assist in the management of the financial administration
- Responsible for preparing, registering and processing the incoming invoice flow;
- Coding and entering cost invoices;
- Maintaining suspense accounts
- Bank and cash entries
- Preparatory work for the monthly reports
- Preparatory work for the year-end closing
- Preparing/drawing up VAT and IC returns
- Various ad hoc activities
Candidate profile
- You like to take the initiative and provide your own input in a creative way
- You can actually implement ideas, because you can work well together and have strong communication skills
- You stand your ground in writing and orally
- You work accurately
- You are flexible and proactive
- You are at least financially MBO 4 educated
- Work experience is an advantage
- You have experience with Office (Excel, Word)
- You are present at the office at least 4 days a week
