The Housekeeper is dedicated to cleaning and maintaining defined areas of the organization. This cleaning and maintaining will be defined by specific job and/or task assignments. The Housekeeper provides customer service to all customers by cleaning and maintaining patient rooms, clinical and non-clinical service areas, offices, and public spaces and by completing tasks that support departmental and organizational processes. Access to confidential information is on a strictly need-to-know basis though in course of completing tasks, may come into contact with. This position does not provide direct patient care. The Housekeeper works under the indirect supervision of the Shift Supervisor and/or Director.
