Inside Sales Associate – Strathroy

Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction:

• Acknowledge customers promptly with a friendly can do approach upon entry and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Operate cash terminal proficiently, handling transactions, issuing receipts, and processing returns and exchanges.

Product Expertise:

• Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on a wide range of department products.
• Stay updated on new products and their features through Online tools available in store, Vendor and other product knowledge training sessions.

Sales Objectives:

• Actively participate in achieving sales objectives set by the Branch Leadership Team.

Promotions and Inventory:

• Stay informed about current promotions and flyer prices.
• Support cycle counts and inventory checks as directed by Management.

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain floor plans to ensure a tidy and organized sales environment.
• Keep checkout work stations clean, tidy, and clutter-free.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to policies and procedures related to loss prevention, product breakage, and health and safety regulations.

Additional Duties:

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
