- Answering and directing telephone inquires
- Greeting external clients
- Coordinating schedules of staff
- Receiving payments
- Receive/send daily couriers
- Working independently and within a team environment to support the client service staff to produce high quality client deliverables
- Type and/or format financial statements in compliance with Firm standards
- Preparation of letters and reports using firm templates and according to Firm standards,
- Proof-read, review for quality and verify content before finalizing any client deliverables
- Preparing hard files for clients based on requests from the external client service team and new client setup processes
- E-file tax return
- Scan documents and embed in electronic file
- Create, save and maintain digital report and letter files. Initiate digital “lock-down” of client information
- Participate in training and stay current with GT software
- Assist administrative assistants with monthly billing, if required
- Working with the partners and managers in a business development capacity, including researching companies, preparing, editing and branding proposals
- Following up with clients on bookkeeping matters
- Email management/fax distribution
- Reconciliation of courier/taxi invoices
- General administrative tasks such as data entry and typing
- Ordering stationery and office supplies; maintaining stationery inventory

- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- 2 to 4 years of administrative; professional services experience is an asset
- Excellent data entry skills and high attention to detail with an aptitude for proofreading and suggesting alternatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing responsibilities and prioritize
- Exceptional client service mindset
- Computer savvy – ability to learn and troubleshoot various computer programs
