Objective
Find leads. Establish contact with past, current, and potential clients to build relationships and establish jobs. Focus primarily on residential and commercial clients. Establish, develop, and keep a client base to provide updated sales and design solutions.
Role Requirements
- Industry experience: 2 years (minimum)
- Transportation to work
- Driver’s Licence: G
- Proven ability to close sales
- Strong negotiating skills
- Confident and extroverted
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and troubleshoot
- Strong attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities
- Seek out new leads and work with existing leads to close sales.
- Successful close and sign deals
- Research leads and projects by cold calling, site visits, etc.
- Weekly and monthly sales plans
- Daily agenda to be organized and shared with management.
- Schedule sales calls, follow-up calls, quality control and presentations for landscape solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and our standards
