Seasonal Firefighter
The Town of High Level requires multiple responsible & motivated individuals for the position of
Seasonal Firefighter, commencing anticipated May 1, 2023.
This position is a 4 month term position starting May 1st, 2023 and ending August 31, 2023, 40 hours per week. A provided wage, in the range $ 19.00 to $ 23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications, will be offered to the successful candidate.
Reporting to the Platoon Captain, the Seasonal Firefighter as part of the Emergency Services Department, is generally responsible for the response to High Level Fire Department emergency calls, Fire Department support and equipment readiness.
The Employee may be required on an ongoing basis to attend applicable training, workshops, seminars, and courses at the discretion of the Employer in order to facilitate job knowledge and performance.
