Job description
The Senior Compliance Officer plans, organizes and controls TMF’s day-to-day administrative and operational compliance activities and manages the compliance team. The Senior Compliance Officer also assists the Head of Compliance NL in the execution of his/her tasks.
The Senior Compliance Officer is responsible for implementing and administering all aspects of TMF’s Compliance program and advises the Head of Compliance on amendments to be made there to due to regulatory, and other changes. This position also coordinates the planning, operation and problem-solving of the team.

Key responsibilities
Focus areas for this position are:
- Filings with FIU
- Hold regular meetings with team leaders and/or supervisors responsible for a group of clients/client entities;
- Liaison for the audit internal and external;
- Act as back-up/replacement of Head Compliance in meetings;
- Contact with the regulator(s)
- Contribution to and involvement in the SIRA writing process and update process.
- Develop, initiate, maintain and revise policies & procedures in agreement with Head of Compliance;
- Regulatory meetings with MT and advising MT;
- Resource planning;
- Develop and manage training programs – training officers and new colleagues;
- Develop and manage the compliance monitoring program;
- Contributes to strategic direction/vision across business units
- Anticipates internal and/or external business and legislative issues impacting other areas of the business
- Contributes to strategy and policy development
Your Profile
- University or University of Applied Sciences Degree or solid relevant professional experience. Degree in Dutch law and/or ComplianceOfficer certification and/or CAMS certification (equivalent) is an advantage.
- 6 Years or more work experience with 3 years management experience in the financial industry
- Knowledge of Wtt,Wwftand Sanction law;Knowledge of compliance and integrity;
- Knowledge on trust services and its related business, corporate and tax laws is an advantage;
- Excellent English and strong preferred Dutch written and verbal communication skills.
