Service Desk Team Member at The Warehouse

Job Description
This is a busy varied role and a strong match for someone who gets what good customer service looks and feels like.

You will be based in-store at our customer service desk, and your role focuses on helping customers. This could vary from: assisting our customers with their inquiries, right through to processing returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers. Alongside, you will support Loss Prevention with security assistance and help support and supervise the Checkout area as needed.

We currently have two service desk positions available along with a self-checkout vacancy:

Customer Service Shift Patterns:

  • Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm

Self-Checkout Shift Pattern:

  • Saturday: 2:30pm to 9:00pm

 

Qualifications
Your ability to think and act quickly on your feet, excellent communication skills and team player approach will be key to your success.

Our wish list also includes:

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role
  • Experience with POS systems
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods
