Tax Lawyer – Transfer Pricing at Kingpin International

Are you a talented and qualified Dutch Tax Lawyer with a passion for Transfer Pricing? We are currently seeking a Transfer Pricing Tax Lawyer specialist to join our prestigious and award-winning client in Amsterdam.

 

Your key responsibilities

In this TP role, your main focus as the Tax Lawyer will be on designing and implementing fresh operating models and policies for a diverse array of businesses, ranging from multinational corporations to recently established startups. You will also be responsible for assisting clients in meeting global TP documentation requirements, as well as resolving TP disputes and managing audit strategies.

 

Requirements

To be a suitable fit for this TP role, the ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Law and possess 4-6 years of specialised experience, with a primary focus on Transfer Pricing. This experience should have been gained while working at either a Dutch law firm or an international consulting business.

Moreover, the ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of TP regulations and be well-versed in designing and implementing TP strategies. They should have the ability to analyse complex data sets and financial information to develop creative solutions for clients.
