Job description

We only invite you to apply if you have a diploma for teaching assistant or teacher training college. Other applications will not be considered.

  • You are familiar with the European Union and have all the required documents to work here (such as a residence/work permit);
  • You have a prefect command of the English language, both verbally and in writing;
  • Since you’ve worked in primary education before, you know how to be an inspiration for our students and your colleagues;
  • When interacting with our students, you have a creative and patient attitude, fostering a supportive learning environment in which students will improve their English language skills.

The job

Together with the teacher, you create an inclusive learning environment that fosters, language development and cultural understanding. As a teaching assistant, you will assist the EAL (English as Additional Language) team in implementing effective English language classes. You will come up with creative activities and tasks, which will help our students develop their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. Since you supervise our students during lessons, breaks and games, you can track their process and report the observed behavior to the teacher.
